Spinning a pot from clay
Spend the day with working with clay (and our amazing instructor Amanda)! Please bring your energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. Learn to make functional pieces of pottery and/or sculptures. Students can choose from a variety of clay projects or work on creating their own ideas out of clay. Amanda will teach: hand-building techniques, how to throw on the potter’s wheel, and different ways to decorate + glaze their unique ceramic artworks. Please pack snacks, lunch, and an apron (or clothes that can get dirty). Please contact Kristin with any questions kfitzpatrick@sanford.org
